Students interested in applying to the BSN program as a transfer student SHOULD NOT submit this form. External applicants (those not currently enrolled at the University of Minnesota Rochester or the University of Minnesota Twin Cities) should apply through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions on the Twin Cities campus where they will review all transfer applications for admission.
