Use this link to contact a UMR Transfer Admissions Counselor to schedule a preliminary transcript review. You will receive a follow up email from an admissions counselor containing next steps.

Students interested in transferring to the BSN program SHOULD NOT submit this form. Applications and inquiries should be directed to the Twin Cities campus.
